Movie Questions and Answers   no comments

Posted at 1:53 pm in Entertainment

People love to find answers to questions on the Internet, and one of the subjects that many people have questions about is movies. Here are some of the most interesting movie questions and answers that I’ve seen online:

Who is the hero of The Mechanic?

The hero of The Mechanic depends on which version of the movie you’re seeing. Jason Statham plays the hero in the recent theatrical remake, but the original starred Charles Bronson as the hero.

Who wrote the original Wolfman novel?

The Wolfman wasn’t based on a novel. It was an original screenplay. Jonathan Maberry wrote one novelization of the movie.

Who’s in Get Low?

Lots of great actors and actresses are in Get Low. They include Robert Duval, Lucas Black, Bill Murray, and Sissy Spacek, among many others. It’s a top notch film, and I recommend that you see it for yourself.

What is the meaning of Black Swan?

Sorry, I don’t know what Black Swan means, because I haven’t seen it. I do have a suggestion though. Don’t worry about what Black Swan means to people who write on the Internet. Focus instead on what Black Swan means to YOU. That’s the only meaning that matters anyway.

Where can I find movie critic interviews?

You can find movie critic interviews here.

Who is the greatest movie star of all time?

I think the greatest movie star of all time was John Wayne. You’ll probably have a different opinion, and that’s OKAY.

Who is the greatest movie director of all time?

I think the greatest movie director of all time was John Ford. I’m almost certain you’ll have a different opinion. I’m all right with that, and YOU should be too.

Who is the greatest movie critic of all time?

Even though I disagree with him almost as often as I agree with him, I still think that Roger Ebert is the greatest movie critic of all time. But if you prefer Pauline Kael, that’s cool too.

How to Save Money on Italian Food   no comments

Posted at 12:54 pm in Cooking,Food and Drink

If you’re like me, you love eating Italian food, whether it’s prepared at a restaurant or at home. Depending on your taste preferences, Italian food can be expensive or affordable. Making a quick tomato sauce to serve with pasta without meat is  pretty affordable. And minestrone is cheap enough to prepare too. On the other hand, a nice Alfredo can be considerably more expensive, because cream, butter, and cheese all cost a bit more than tomatoes.

One way to save money on Italian food is to eat at Italian restaurants, but only eat there when you have coupons. For example, Olive Garden coupons are easy to find and print online. If you split a meal with a dining partner, you can save even more money. Portion sizes at most restaurants are more than enough for two people. You could have an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, and as long as you share all of it with someone, you won’t have to worry about eating too many calories or destroying your bank account.

Another way to save money on Italian food is to pay attention to what’s on sale at the local grocery store. Cooking at home is always cheaper than eating at a restaurant, and if you shop the sales, then you don’t even need Olive Garden coupons to save money on your favorite Italian meals. Finding grocery coupons to use is as easy as buying a Sunday newspaper, but you can also find grocery coupons to print online.

Another way to save money on Italian food is to host a potluck party for a bunch of friends who also enjoy Italian food. Since you’re only one of several people providing dishes at the Italian-themed potluck, your expenses can be correspondingly more affordable. And it’s a chance to spend some time socializing.
